My ad hasn’t been published yet, why?

Each ad has to be reviewed by the content department. If everything is ok, your ad will be published within a few hours. However, if you notice that your ad has disappeared, it is possible that there was some kind of error or unacceptable content in it. Please check our terms and conditions to find out assessable photo requirements.

 

How can I access my ad?

You can access you profile from the main menu. Go to the drop-down list and click on client panel. Register with your login and password to access your ad.

To find your ad on the web, type in the ‘Search’ field that you will find at the top of the page and indicate your phone click on the magnifying glass to perform the search.

Once located, if you want to make some kind of modification to your ad, first access it. Then on the right side, under the statistics that you will see after your cover photo, find a box with red buttons, and press ‘Modify’.

After that, press ‘Send e-mail’ if you wish to receive an email, or ‘Send SMS’ if you prefer to receive a text message to your phone. In that email / message, you will receive the access data to your ad which will allow you to make the changes you want.

 

How can I modify my photos in Rouge Boulevard?

To modify your photos, you must access your ad. On the right side, under your cover photo and the ad statistics, you will find a box with red buttons.

Can I change my city on Rouge Boulevardi?

Yes, your ad can be transferred to any city in the UK. However, you must request this modification as it is not possible to do it from the announcement. You must contact us on [email protected] and indicate the city that you want to move your ad to and within a maximum of 24 working hours, your ad will be in the desired city.

 

I have paid for a product and it hasn’t been activated yet, what could have happened?

You must take into account several matters:

If you paid by bank deposit, your product will be activated once the deposit has arrived in our bank account. It is important that you indicate the reference number of your order or, failing that, your name and phone number in the ‘Concept’ field. If not, you must contact us on [email protected] attaching the payment receipt so that we can locate your payment and activate it as soon as possible.

If you have made the payment via a transfer, please keep in mind that it usually takes between 1 and 2 business days for the transfer to arrive in the destination account. As in the previous case, you must indicate the reference number of the order or your name and phone number in the ‘Concept’ field. Failing that, you can contact us on [email protected] attaching the voucher of payment.

If you have paid by card or SMS, your product activation should be instantaneous. If you do not receive the activation confirmation email, please contact us on [email protected] so we can check the status of your order.

 

I want to verify my photographs; how do I do that?

To verify your photos, you must access your ad. On the right side, under your cover photo you will find a box with red buttons, you must press

‘Verify my photos’.

Then you will be shown the steps to follow to certify your photographs:

To request certification, you must click on ‘I want to certify my photos’. You will receive an email with the indications and then you will be redirected to a form where you add the requested photos.

 

I want to change my ad’s upload schedule, how do I do that?

Once you have activated your product of automatic uploads, it is not possible to modify it. It is important to pay attention in the configuration of your product of automatic uploads during hiring so that it complies with the time slot that most interests you.

 

My ad has been deleted, what should I do?

First, you should check your email as we most likely would have sent you an email with the reason for its removal. You must contact us on [email protected] and attach the necessary information (text, photographs or others) to address the ad’s shortcoming in order to reactivate your ad.

 

Someone is using my photographs, what can I do?

If you detect that someone else is using your photos in an advertisement, contact us on [email protected] and provide the following information:

If the information you provide is correct, the announcement will be deleted and, from that point, it would not be possible to republish a new ad with those photos.

 

I have uploaded a video to my ad but it still hasn’t been published, why?

When you upload a video to your ad, it must first be reviewed by the content department. If everything is ok, your video will be published within a few days. However, if you see that your video has disappeared, it is possible that there could some kind of error in it (remember that no type of text and embellishments are acceptable, and be good quality with a minimum duration of 10 seconds find ).Please check our terms and conditions to find out assessable photo/video requirements.
